Take a moment to stop and breathe

Look up to appreciate the trees Always reaching tall and proud

Roots driving deep in the ground. Seasons come and then leave Acknowledge them, and just breathe

The light that pushes back the dark

Can lift your soul and leave its mark.

Looking up instead of down Will make you smile, replace the frown When life overwhelms and closes in

Look up my friends, lift that chin.

Hope is the essence of existence Feeding positivity and persistence

Contagious energy from within

Start today, by lifting your chin.
